Wow. The twenty minute flight from Antigua to Montserrat felt like I was riding a giant bumble bee. It was safe and efficient but noisy, with the two propeller engines buzzing in our ears.
So different to what we’re accustomed to with the big airliners. I could reach forward and touch Malcolm (the pilot) on the shoulder.
Enjoyed the company of my fellow passengers (all locals) who were keen to point me towards ariel views to photograph.
It’s like a whole other world here. I’m about to dive right in!
